Britain’s Got Talent will soon return for Series 17, and the show is teasing the new installment with a preview video all about the Golden Buzzer. The video features a few brief clips giving fans a sneak peek at some of this season’s acts.
Britain’s Got Talent Shares New Preview Video
“The Golden Buzzer. There’s no feeling like it,” hosts Ant & Dec say in the narration of the new 30-second preview video. “You never know who it’s gonna be, or when it’s gonna happen. When it does, it just feels right.”
The video includes clips of the judges and hosts hitting the Golden Buzzer for their favorite acts, although the identities of those acts aren’t revealed. There are also several quick clips of various acts we can expect to see this season.
The acts previewed include a pair of fire breathers, an aerial duo, a performer on a pogo stick, an acrobatic dance group, a singing Batman, and someone wearing a fish mask — among others. It makes us wonder if any of these acts will receive the Golden Buzzer.
We do know a little bit about this season’s Golden Buzzers, specifically that judge Bruno Tonioli actually broke said buzzer while filming auditions. It was also reported that Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden’s kids got to hit the Golden Buzzer.

When Will Series 17 Premiere?
An official premiere date for Series 17 of Britain’s Got Talent has not been announced yet. The new preview video only shares that the season is “coming soon” to ITV1 and streaming on ITVX. The season began filming the audition round in January.
In recent years, the show has premiered in mid-April, so fans probably won’t have much longer to wait before they can see this year’s acts take the stage for their chance to be named the Series 17 winner. Last season, the show was won by comedian Viggo Venn.
